According to the patent application, Huawei's Vision Pro trademark has registration number 38242888. They have exclusive rights to use the trademark from November 28, 2021, to November 27, 2031.
According to the trademark application, Huawei's Vision Pro covers products and services such as LCD TVs, head-mounted virtual reality devices, radio equipment,... Therefore, it's highly likely that Apple will have to rename its Vision Pro AR glasses if they want to sell this product in Huawei's home country. However, they won't have to do this in global markets.
