Huawei tests Android 8.0 Oreo on Mate 9

According to a post on Huawei's unofficial blog, the company has extended invitations to Mate 9 users for the 'Friendly User Trial' of Android 8.0 Oreo. Last year, a similar invitation was sent to P9 users to trial Android 7.0 Nougat.

Note: This is merely a trial APK for the Android 8.0 interface on Huawei Mate 9. Hence, there might be some glitches during the trial period. Please be aware of this.

The screenshots above indicate that the Android 8.0 Oreo trial will commence immediately until November 3rd, suggesting that the final Oreo update might be launched next month. Additionally, the screenshots reveal that the trial will be limited to around 250 participants, although Huawei may conduct trials in various regions.
