Meet the Tecno Phantom Ultimate Concept.The Tecno Phantom Ultimate, a scrollable phone equipped with a single-drive motor system, can expand its screen from 6.55 inches to 7.11 inches in just 1.3 seconds.
A YouTube video gives us a closer look at the Phantom Ultimate. The device has a button on the top. Pressing it initiates the screen expansion from the left side. To return it to its original form, users will need to perform a three-finger swipe gesture.
Upon its debut, the phone features an LTPO AMOLED 7.11-inch display with a resolution of 2,296 x 1,596 pixels and a pixel density of 388 PPI. The display is claimed to deliver a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Despite its 9.93 mm thickness, the company assures users that they can still one-handedly handle the device.
The rear of the phone will host an additional display and a 3-camera setup. It adopts a book-like design on the back, specially crafted to prevent accidental slips during expansion.
