Unveiled at IFA 2022 in 65' and 77' sizes, this TV incorporates technologies such as Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos, HDR10+, 4k resolution, and Onkyo speakers.This Mini-LED TV from TCL showcases the company's pioneering technology adoption, spanning from TVs to gaming monitors, with a Mini-LED initiative dating back to 2019. Mini-LED remains an LCD TV with LED backlights, but the size of these LEDs is smaller than traditional ones, enabling finer control and creating brighter clusters of light. The result is deeper blacks akin to OLED TVs while maintaining high brightness levels and a wide color gamut.The design of the C835 series shares the same sleek language as the C735, featuring ultra-thin bezels. We have screen sizes of 65' and 77' here, commonly favored for home entertainment. While the Vietnam launch included a 55' variant, it's not present here. The C835 has clinched the EISA award for top-tier Mini-LED TVs in Europe.The C835 boasts a sophisticated rectangular metal stand with a brushed finish. This stand retracts a certain distance into the back. The bezel surrounding the TV also features a brushed finish akin to the stand but in a darker hue, matching the aluminum color of the stand.
Equipped with technologies such as Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos, the TV intelligently processes dark and bright image areas to suit ambient light conditions with Dolby Vision IQ. It holds the IMAX Enhanced certification for superior audio and visual quality. With features like WiFi6, MEMC, and 144Hz VRR, the screen refresh rate synchronizes with content frame rates, running on the Google TV operating system.
