Delighting in the untamed beauty of Khe Ram Da Nang

The entire 46-hectare expanse of Khe Ram boasts scenic landscapes with unique rock formations nestled in cool stream-filled valleys. Khe Ram serves as the buffer for the Ba Na - Nui Chua Nature Reserve and Bach Ma National Park, featuring a harmonious blend of waterfalls, streams, and forests formed by mountain ranges with an average elevation of 200m above sea level.

To travel to Khe Ram Da Nang, follow Ngô Xuân Thu Street to Hòa Bắc Commune, cross the Khe Ram Bridge, and turn right 500m to reach Suối Mơ. Visitors can park their vehicles at local homes and start exploring the entire Khe Ram area.

Khe Ram Da Nang has the potential for long-term natural eco-tourism development, especially in community-based tourism and exploring the culture of the Cơ Tu ethnic people in Hòa Bắc commune, particularly in the two villages of Giàn Bí and Tà Lang.

Hòa Bắc commune is characterized by its location along the Cu Đê River, abundant streams, lush forests, and pristine landscapes that attract travelers from far and wide, featuring notable spots like the Khe Ram valley, Vũng Bọt stream, and the Phò Nam ancient village area.

To foster sustainable tourism, the commune committee has placed signs reminding visitors not to litter, avoid overnight stays, refrain from swimming in deep waters, and prohibit campfires near the forest. Additionally, the commune has initiated the “Green-Clean-Beautiful Sundays” movement, with the majority of tourists adhering to waste collection with the message 'Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints.'

Currently, the Khe Ram area has developed various self-established services to cater to tourists during their visits. However, potential destinations like Khe Ram Da Nang require strategic investments for efficient tourism exploitation.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, pay attention to notices and warnings from authorities, especially when moving through river areas, streams, rocky cliffs, and deep waters.
