For nearly 2 years of continuous teasing, Mephisto has become a running joke among Marvel enthusiasts. But once again, this demon lord is being invoked through new hints in episode 4 of 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law'.
Episode 4 She-Hulk: Attorney at Law from the Marvel Cinematic Universe has left a lingering impression that's hard to fade for fans, signaling it's time for the 'Green Giantess' to rely more on her fists than words in court!

When will there be a truly decent man in She-Hulk's story?
One of the lingering questions among fans is: How many genuinely 'manly' men exist in the world of this green-skinned lawyer?
Despite being a 'Hulk', Jennifer Walters is still a woman, still in need of a sturdy shoulder to lean on when tired. And so begins her journey of 'swiping left and right', but alas, those men whom Jen 'accidentally swipes right' all reveal their 'red flags', making her (or them) disappear soon enough. Most of these men are only interested in the alluring giantess She-Hulk and pay no attention to the kind-hearted Jennifer Walters.
It's no wonder the new female hero of the MCU carries an 'anti-men' sentiment when the writers continue to portray masculinity as ugly through such terrible men. There are indeed kind male characters in the movie like the lawyer Pug or Jennifer's father, but they are too few. If their image isn't quickly changed, no one will be able to defend the quality of She-Hulk against accusations of promoting 'toxic femininity', even Marvel fans.
Has Wong's new 'best friend' made a deal with Mephisto?
The entire spotlight of episode 4 can be said to be entirely on Madisynn King, a new 'salt of the earth' character in Marvel. Madisynn is a normal girl but with a bit of 'instability' in her personality, inadvertently getting caught up in the legal battle between the 'Supreme Sorcerer' Wong (with She-Hulk as the representative lawyer) and Donny Blaze - a former Kamar-Taj Sorcerer expelled from school.
Donny later returned to the US and opened a 'shady' magic stage. To attract customers, he used the Double Ring and a bit of illicit knowledge to open a portal and take Madisynn to a different dimension. Somehow, another mysterious portal brought her straight to the Kamar-Taj temple to meet Wong. The dangerous situation and... Madisynn unintentionally 'spoiling' the movie while drunk made Wong furious and... file a lawsuit against Donny.
Besides the fact that the powerhouses are gradually veering into legal avenues instead of resolving conflicts on their own, the notable point is who brought Madisynn King back to Earth. Audiences were shocked to see her holding a beating heart and telling Wong about how she made a deal with a goat (later revealed to be a guy named 'Jake') in the 'burned land' with 6 drops of blood to get home. This completely justifies viewers' belief that that goat (again) is the demon lord Mephisto in disguise.
This might be the closest the theory of the demon lord becoming a reality, as the image of the black goat in Western beliefs represents the devil, and Madisynn also mentioned that demon threatening to take her soul and loved ones. Moreover, the 'burned land' could be a description of Hell. Even the fake magician named Donny Blaze has a name similar to Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider, and the Speed Demon also has a history linked to Mephisto. Could this be a 'spark' for the future appearance of Ghost Rider in the MCU?
Is Daredevil about to appear, will he 'team up' with She-Hulk?
Audiences will soon see She-Hulk teaming up with Daredevil in upcoming episodes. There's even a high percentage chance of a 'new ship' setting sail because both are superhero lawyers, and Matt Murdock could offer Jennifer Walters the best advice to balance both 'professions'.
Currently, Jen is being played dirty by her old foe Titania - the one She-Hulk defeated at the end of episode 1. In the next episode, Jen will have to go to court because the name 'She-Hulk' has been... trademarked by Titania for her cosmetics brand. Clearly, this is how this villainess cum... Influencer retaliates after being embarrassed by Jen in that brawl.
It's unclear how She-Hulk's upcoming battle will unfold, but her encounter with Daredevil signals that the location will be in New York since he's the street knight there. Could the mysterious laboratory in the clip be related to Titania?
