Expectedly, The Marvels is set to premiere on November 10th this year.
Marvel Studios recently surprised fans with the first glimpse of their ultimate cinematic blockbuster for 2023, The Marvels. Regarded as the sequel to Captain Marvel (2019), the movie not only centers on Carol Danvers but also explores two new characters introduced in Phase 4 of the MCU. These characters are Monica Rambeau, previously featured in the WandaVision series, and Kamala Khan, the main star of the Ms. Marvel series.
The Marvels will have a direct connection to the after-credits scene of the Ms. Marvel series, where Kamala and Carol mysteriously swap positions without any apparent reason. The trailer indicates that this phenomenon also affects Monica Rambeau when one, or all three, of them utilize their superpowers.
The official synopsis of The Marvels reveals that Carol Danvers, also known as Captain Marvel, has reclaimed her identity from the authoritarian Kree race and decides to seek revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. However, unintended consequences force Carol to shoulder the responsibility for a universe filled with instability. During a mission in a peculiar anomaly related to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with the super abilities of Kamala Khan, an enthusiastic fan living in New Jersey, also known as Ms. Marvel; and Monica Rambeau, Carol's long-forgotten niece, now a Captain at S.A.B.E.R. This trio must reluctantly collaborate and learn to coordinate to save the universe, collectively known as “The Marvels”.

The Marvels will welcome back many familiar faces, including Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and notable South Korean actor Park Seo-joon.
Scheduled for release on November 10th this year, The Marvels promises an exciting cinematic experience.
