Step 1: To increase the PST file size limit in Outlook, we need to open the Registry Editor on the computer by pressing Windows + R and typing Regedit, then press OK to open it.
Step 2: In the Registry Editor interface, navigate to the first HKEY_LOCAL_USER entry and proceed to access the following entries...
Step 3: Next, go to the following entries one by one: HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office, and here, select the Office version you are using.

Step 4: In Office, after selecting the version, proceed to the PST Folder. In this Folder, right-click > choose New > select Dword (32-bit) Value to create a new REG_Dword file.
Note: Create 2 consecutive files.
Step 5: After creating the two new files, name them MaxLargeFileSize and WarnLargeFileSize as shown below, then click on each file.
=> For the MaxLargeFileSize file, choose Decimal and set the value to 81920.
=> For the WarnLargeFileSize file, choose Decimal and set the value to 13042.
