1. Nasi goreng

2. Babi Guling
Originating from the beautiful island of Bali, Babi Guling, a specialty made from roasted suckling pig and rice, is often jokingly referred to by many tourists as 'twice-cooked barbecue'.

First time is the stage of roasting the perfectly sized suckling pigs.
