Ingredients:
– ½ free-range chicken
– 1 taro root
– 2 stalks of lemongrass
– 1 onion bulb
– Garlic, purple onions, chili
– Seasonings: chili sauce, tomato sauce, lime juice, cooking oil, salt, sugar, bouillon, etc.
– Various accompanying vegetables

Ingredient Preparation:
– Clean the chicken, cut it into bite-sized pieces, marinate with 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of bouillon for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
– Peel and wash the taro, steam until tender, and mash.
– Cut the onions into wedges, crush the lemongrass stalks, and cut into 5cm lengths.
– Finely chop the garlic, shallots, and crush the chili.
How to make sour chicken hotpot:
– Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pot, wait until hot, then sauté the minced garlic and shallots. Next, add the lemongrass and stir-fry. When the ingredients turn golden and fragrant, add 3 tablespoons of chili sauce and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce to the pot.
