– Chinese kale: 300g

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
– Trim the Chinese kale, removing any tough stems, and leave the leaves whole or cut them in half as desired. Soak the Chinese kale in diluted saltwater for 5 minutes to remove toxins, then rinse with clean cold water and drain well.

– Slice the pork thinly, wash it thoroughly, and drain well.
– Finely chop the garlic.
