Ingredients:
- Carp: 1 fish
- Onions, ginger
- Fresh herbs
- Fresh noodles

Method:
- Choose fresh, clean fish, wash with salt and alcohol. Keep the fish whole, make some slashes on its body to allow the seasoning to penetrate evenly when steaming.
- Cut the spring onions into sections and slice the ginger into strips. Slice the chili peppers into thin strips.
- Marinate the fish with a little MSG or bouillon powder, add a bit of salt, white wine. Put some spring onions, ginger, and chili peppers inside the fish belly.
- Place the fish on a large plate, add spring onions and ginger on top with chili peppers. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a dash of sesame oil, a splash of white wine, sugar, and MSG or bouillon powder to taste.
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry minced garlic until fragrant. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil.
- After steaming the fish for 15-20 minutes, pour the sauce over the fish, add spring onions, ginger, and chili peppers on top. Steam for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve the steamed fish hot, with noodles or rice, and garnish with fresh herbs.
