– 60g Sliced Pork
– 100g Pineapple
– 140g Tomatoes
– 10g Water Spinach

Method:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

– Peel and clean the Pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and quarter the Tomatoes. Soak the Water Spinach in diluted salt water for about 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water and cut into segments.
– Minced Garlic, Chilies.
Step 2: Making Sweet and Sour Sliced Pork
– Fry the mock pork slices in hot oil until they turn uniformly golden and crispy. Then, remove and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper to soak up excess oil.
– Sauté the fragrant minced garlic and chilies in hot oil. Next, add the prepared pineapple and tomatoes, stir-frying until the ingredients are cooked. Then add the fried pork slices, season to taste. You can also add a little broth to the sweet and sour sliced pork for a sauce.
