- 1/2 bottle of spicy satay sauce
- 1kg chicken feet

- 2 liters of filtered water
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- Oyster sauce
- 3 lemongrass stalks, 3 garlic cloves, 2 fresh chili peppers
- Cooking oil

- Chili sauce, tomato sauce

How to make grilled chicken feet with spicy satay sauce:
Step 1: Boil the chicken feet
After buying the chicken feet, wash them with diluted salt water, remove the outer membrane and claws. Then, boil them in 2 liters of water. While boiling, add a little finely chopped ginger, 2 tablespoons of white wine, a few stalks of star anise, 1 dried cinnamon stick, a few chili peppers, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
Boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, and remove the chicken feet, let them drain
Step 2: Prepare the seasoning
Lemongrass washed, pounded, finely chopped. Chili peppers finely chopped. Garlic finely chopped.
Step 3: Grill the chicken feet
+ Put the chicken feet in a large bowl, add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of cashew oil for coloring, chopped garlic, chopped chili peppers, chopped lemongrass, 1/2 bottle of spicy satay sauce, mix all and marinate the chicken feet for about 40 minutes.
+ After the chicken feet have absorbed the seasoning, arrange them on a baking tray, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200̊C. During baking, remember to flip the chicken feet to cook evenly.
Step 4: Prepare the sauce
+ Pour all the remaining marinade liquid into a pan, bring to a boil over low heat, then add 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, mix well
