Ingredients for making crystal fruit jelly:
- 250 ml water
- 4-5 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon agar powder
- Assorted fruits
- ¼ fresh lime
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 4-5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- Molds / or utilize your ice cube tray
How to Make Crystal Fruit Jelly:
Step 1:
Place a pot on the stove, add water, bring to a boil
Step 2:
Add agar powder and sugar gradually, stirring gently, continuously until sugar dissolves, squeeze in a few drops of lime juice, when jelly sets, turn off heat. Remove pot, let cool.
Step 3:
Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces. You can use mango, jackfruit, kiwi, watermelon, etc. as desired. Place fruit pieces in molds, pour cooked jelly slightly above mold's height, then put mold in fridge and wait a few hours for jelly to set.
Note: Depending on number of jelly servings you intend to make. Quantity according to above ingredients is enough for 1 tray of 10 jelly servings.

Step 4:
Make coconut milk to eat with: Pour coconut cream and sweetened condensed milk into a pot, heat over low flame until boiling, then remove from heat to cool. Finally, take out the jelly, add ice, and enjoy.
