As a new spot, our group decided to venture here together. We sealed the deal with a satisfying and worth-every-penny conclusion.
While Japanese and Korean buffets are quite common, the Sing buffet sounded fresh and too affordable to pass up at just $198 compared to the others. So, our squad made the decision to try it out last October 20th.

Since we were already out enjoying ourselves at Vincom Long Bien on the 20th of October, our whole crew decided to swing by Sinh BBQ to give the Singaporean grill buffet a whirl.
Regarding the restaurant ambiance, it wasn't exceptionally outstanding. Fairly clean, spacious, and formal. Perhaps due to being new, the staff were abundant, so despite the crowded conditions on the 20th of October, our table still had dedicated service. Let's dive into the main course now. While it's a Sing-style buffet, the stations at Sing BBQ are arranged in the usual buffet order: appetizers, main dishes such as grilled items served at the table,
Seafood is self-service, followed by hotpot and desserts. First, a browse through the appetizer station, featuring salads and various fruit salads, alongside Vietnamese-style light cold dishes like rolled cakes, noodles, and even bread (quite unusual). A plus point is the very fresh lettuce, still with intact leaves instead of being wilted like many other places. The most delicious is the cherry tomato, plump and juicy, with a crisp skin (rarely do I find cherry tomatoes this good at a buffet, mostly they're the tough-skinned variety).

My favorite is the plump and juicy cherry tomato
The whole group was craving meat, so we quickly delved into the main grilling dishes. The cuts of meat you choose are from the preset menu. There's quite a variety: pork belly, beef belly, mushroom-wrapped pork belly, pork tendon,... although the menu also listed crocodile and camel, perhaps due to our late arrival, these dishes were unavailable. However, the beef was quite fresh, marinated just right, unlike Korean or Japanese grilling. Since the food was brought out all at once, we grilled the meat, seafood, and vegetables together for efficiency.

Beef wrapped in mushrooms

The oysters were quite fresh, creamy but a bit small
The highlight was trying grilled elephant trunk snail for the first time. Heard this dish is nourishing and a specialty. These snails grilled up rich, sweet, crispy, and uniquely flavorful.

Seafood counter
Grilled meat dipped in the restaurant's special sauce, while seafood has its own dipping sauces. Overall, the grilled dishes here satisfied the whole group. The grilled vegetables include corn, eggplant, mushrooms, potatoes, and young corn, so they're tasty and not tough or fibrous like many places. After grilling comes the hotpot, a two-compartment pot with Thai hotpot or mushroom hotpot, for the hotpot, you help yourself to the dipping ingredients. There are various vegetables, sweet corn, mushrooms, potatoes, noodles. You also take seafood and marbled meat to dip together.

The vegetable section for the hotpot accompaniment is quite extensive

Other grilled dishes serve as side dishes
Finally, onto desserts. At Sing BBQ, there's a variety of desserts including sweet soup, cakes, and fruits. Depending on your preference, you can choose your own dessert. The sweet soup isn't served in small cups but in a large bowl. You scoop out the one you want into your cup.

And also fruits
Summary: Convenient location and parking, affordable prices. The dishes at Sing BBQ are quite diverse, with well-seasoned grilling and many unique dishes. The hotpot is decent, somewhat ordinary, and the desserts are plentiful, relatively decent. The space at Sing BBQ in Vincom is beautiful, spacious, comfortable seating, and the staff are relatively polite. If you're planning a family-style meal or birthday party, Sing BBQ is quite suitable due to its affordable prices and generous portions. Advice: Try a little bit of each dish to sample more, and don't order the hotpot too early. The best drinks to pair with hotpot are red wine or mineral water. Additionally, you should arrive early or make a reservation to get a nice seat,
