PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENT PROGRAM

Valid credit cards are those bearing the Visa/Master/JCB logos and without the words Debit/Repaid/ATM/MST/Company Name

1. GENERAL REGULATIONS

1.1. Installment transactions are only applicable to credit cardholders issued by banks supporting installment payments at Mytour;

1.2. The payment value must be 3,000,000 VND or more after deducting any discounts (if applicable);

1.3. Installment period: based on the issuing bank's policy;

1.4. No limit on the number of installment registrations;

1.5. Cardholders are not allowed to modify or cancel installment transactions once the transaction has been converted to installment;

1.6. Not applicable to Supplementary Cards, Corporate Cards;

1.7.  Transaction amounts will be divided into equal installment payments based on the selected installment period, listed along with card transactions in the monthly statement. Customers will pay these amounts according to the regular credit card payment method and schedule. Installment amounts will be displayed on the monthly statement.

2. INSTALLMENT CONVERSION METHOD

Cardholders do not need to contact the Bank to convert transactions, just successfully pay on Mytour & select the Installment method.

3. CASES WHERE INSTALLMENT SERVICE REGISTRATION IS NOT PERMITTED

3.1. Credit card account of the Cardholder is in a late payment status;

3.2. Remaining validity of the Credit Card is less than the installment registration period;

3.3. Cardholder violates the Terms & Conditions of issuance and use of the international credit card of the issuing bank;

3.4. Transaction value for installment registration is less than the minimum amount/transaction as prescribed by each bank supporting installments;

3.5. Installment transactions have been included in the monthly statement.
