The Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board in Vietnam is currently executing a series of promotional activities to promote Malaysia Tourism Year 2014 with the objective of attracting 28 million international visitors to this country in 2014.
During June, a large-scale roadshow program will be held in three cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hoi An (Quang Nam). The program is set to commence at the Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi on June 18; at the New World Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on June 20; and at the Hoi An Hotel on June 22.
Mr. Mohd Akbal Setia, Director of the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board in Vietnam, emphasized that the program represents a comprehensive integration of diverse exchange and cooperation activities between Malaysian partners, encompassing travel agencies, hotels, amusement parks, commercial entities, and leading Vietnamese travel and airline companies.
