Download and install the latest version of Mathtype
Step 1: Press Windows + R key combination and enter the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MathType\MathPage\32
Copy the file MathPage.wll to the following directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\STARTUP
Step 2: Press Ctrl + R key combination and enter the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MathType\Office Support\32
Copy the file MathType Commands 6 For Word 2013.dotm to the following directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\STARTUP
Now when you launch Word 2013, you will see an additional MathType tab to assist you in composing mathematical equations within Word.
