Inserting and Adjusting Images in Word, Excel

In Word 2016, apart from the standard image insertion feature on the computer, users can also directly insert images from online searches.

1. Inserting Images from Your Computer

Step 1: Place the mouse cursor where you want to insert the image -> Go to the Insert tab -> Choose Picture:

Step 4: Adjust the brightness of the image: Select the image -> go to the Format tab -> Corrections:

Step 7: Adjust the position of the image relative to the text content:

- Behind Text: Image appears behind the text.

- Front of Text: Image appears in front of the text.

2. Inserting Online Images into Word 2016

Step 1: Place the mouse cursor where you want to insert the image -> go to the Insert tab -> Picture Online:

Step 2: Enter search keywords for the image -> press Enter:
