Sivir's Gameplay Set to Thrill After Riot's Overhaul
Not long ago, LMHT champion designer Riot RayYonggi revealed to gamers the latest Sivir revamp. Riot Games' objective is essentially to refresh gameplay and address the issues causing Sivir to fall out of favor in both solo queue and professional arenas. Detailed insights into the alterations:

Innate - Fleet Feet
The ability to increase movement speed will gradually diminish after 2 seconds instead of disappearing entirely. Movement speed augmentation receives a buff from 45-60 to 55-70
Q - Boomerang Blade
Basic damage changes from 35-95 to 15-115.
Interaction ratio with SMCK reduced from 70-130% to 70% across all levels.
Cooldown increased from 7 seconds to 12-10 seconds. Skill usage time changed from 0.25 to 0.25-0 seconds (based on attack speed).
Damage will increase based on critical strike chance, up to 100% additional damage from the ability.
Energy cost reduced from 70-110 to 55-75.
Boomerang blade's flight speed altered from 1350 (both outbound and return) to 1450 on outbound and 1200 on return.

W - Spring Leap
Buff duration changed from 3 hits to 4 seconds.
New passive increases attack speed by 20-40%.
Number of spring leap strikes now capped at 7 hits.
Spring leap strikes can now bounce back to initially hit targets.
Interaction ratio with SMCK reduced from 30-90% to 30%.
The distance range increased from 450 to 500 units.
Energy consumption decreased from 75 to 75-55.
Removes energy regeneration capability.
Now Sivir regenerates health by 60-80% of AD + 50% of AP.
New ability - Spell Shield: E
Activating the innate ability upon successfully blocking an opponent's spell.
Energy consumption increased from 0 to 40.
Cooldown reduced from 22-10 to 22-14 seconds.
New ultimate ability - Hunt Down: R
Duration extended from 8 to 8-12 seconds.
Movement speed buff duration refreshed upon participating in enemy takedowns.
Normal attacks now reduce the cooldown of Sivir's basic abilities by 0.5 seconds after using her ultimate.

Observing the aforementioned changes to Sivir, it's evident that this champion's playstyle remains largely unchanged as the fundamental skills remain intact. However, Sivir's strength will significantly improve as her spell kit now interacts with various stats such as attack speed, making her more threatening in late-game. Furthermore, participating in takedowns will enable Sivir to generate a powerful snowball effect as the ultimate buff will persist for an extended duration.

The anticipated rework for Sivir is expected to arrive for players in patch 12.13 approximately 3 weeks from now.
