Heeters, a wealthy and potent syndicate, are the reliable allies of Frieza's Army in Universe 7.
In recent days, we've experienced moments filled with a spectrum of emotions watching the battle between Goku and Granola, and notably, Vegeta, the Saiyan Prince's display against the self-proclaimed mightiest warrior in the universe. Interestingly, Granola isn't the primary antagonist of this arc; behind all schemes stand the Heeters.
It's known that Heeters are a data trading syndicate with members within the family. They are affluent and powerful, serving as Frieza's dependable partners in Universe 7. Here are 5 facts about this syndicate that fans need to know.
The True Antagonists

As we know, in this new arc, Vegeta and Goku are facing Granola, seeking vengeance against the Saiyan race for destroying the Cereal planet. However, despite the Saiyan race, led by Frieza, being ostensibly responsible for Granola's planet's destruction, the mastermind behind it all is the Heeters syndicate.
They're the ones scouring for planets ravaged by Frieza's forces, rebuilding them, and selling them for exorbitant prices. Crucially, one of the Heeters, Elec, killed Granolah's mother 40 years ago, not a Saiyan.
Trading and Destroying Planets

As mentioned earlier, the Heeters specialize in dealing with destroyed planets, hence their collaboration with Frieza to do so. This also occurred with Planet Cereal, where the Heeters sold it to the Sugarians. The group has been operating for decades, even centuries, collaborating with Frieza for a long time. This indicates numerous planets have been destroyed by them, then sold off. It's a horrendous and inhumane practice.
Information Theft

There are many ways to gain power and authority in the Dragon Ball series. Some rely on basic strength and muscle power, while others employ intellect, tactics, and strategy. The Heeters, however, use a different approach—information theft to augment their power.
They often invest money to hire various individuals for different purposes. For instance, the Heeters hired Granolah to extract information from OG-73, believing that whoever possesses the most information will control the universe.
World Domination Scheme

Based on the current storyline, the Heeters group aims to dominate the entire world and also control Frieza's forces. They've been at this for decades, collaborating with Frieza to obliterate various planets in this universe.
And it seems their path to achieving their main goal is beginning to take shape. This was demonstrated in chapter 78 when they used the Dragon Balls' wish to turn Gas into the strongest character in the universe. Currently, the extent of Gas's power increase remains unknown, but he might have enough capability to defeat Vegeta, Goku, and Granolah.
Betrayal as Routine

For the Heeters, betraying others is their daily bread. What happened between the Heeters and Granolah is the clearest evidence. In chapter 78, we saw the Heeters only using Granolah for their own benefit, and Granolah himself remained unaware of this until Monaito explained everything. Or the fact that they're collaborating with Frieza's group while quietly scheming to take over the entire 'emperor's' army.
In summary, the Heeters gang was initially introduced as a group only involved in information exchange and trading the universe for those willing to pay a high price. However, behind all of that, they are extremely wicked individuals. They've committed horrendous acts for decades, and there seems to be no signs of what they're doing stopping anytime soon. And as of now, they're becoming powerful and formidable opponents for anyone.
