Today, as the youth - the spring of the nation - joyously commemorate the XXth anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the teachers and students of XX school join in the excitement, reflecting on the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and outlining the tasks and responsibilities for each youth, teenager, and student.
XX years of growth and maturity in the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation have forged the illustrious traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnamese youth. It also draws valuable lessons to continue building a truly strong Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, worthy of becoming the socialist school of youth and a reliable reserve force of the Communist Party of Vietnam. These lessons emphasize the elevation of patriotism, unwavering loyalty, and absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, in the realism and victory of socialist ideals; the inheritance and promotion of the glorious traditions of previous generations, who have endeavored to innovate in building a politically, organizationally, and operationally strong Youth Union; identifying the content of revolutionary activities closely linked to the practicalities of life, meeting the legitimate, lawful, and noble aspirations of youth.
On the occasion of the XXth anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, on behalf of the collective of school officials and employees, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the attention of the leadership at all levels and esteemed guests. Over the years, they have provided guidance and created conditions to help the school excellently fulfill its missions.

Dear comrades, youth union members, and beloved young students!
In the spirit of striving to achieve excellence on the occasion of celebrating the XXth anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26/3/1931-26/3/2014), on behalf of the Party Committee and the School Board, I warmly welcome all distinguished delegates, honored guests, esteemed teachers, and all comrades, youth union members, and young students who have joined us today to commemorate this special day!
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh once said: 'A year starts with spring, a life starts with youth. Youth is the spring of society.' Today, the youth - the springtime of the nation - joyfully commemorates the XXth anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Together, the teachers and students of School XX enthusiastically recall the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and outline the missions and responsibilities for each youth, union member, and young student.
The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is a socio-political organization of Vietnamese youth founded and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh. Since its establishment on March 26th, 1931, throughout years of striving, training, and facing revolutionary struggles with great courage and determination of the nation, under the pioneering flag of the Union, Vietnamese youth generations have bravely undertaken all assigned tasks; determined to fulfill the teachings of Uncle Ho: 'Wherever there are young people, there are no difficult tasks.' Under the Party's leadership, youth generations have fearlessly faced hardships and sacrifices, contributing to significant achievements and securing independence and happiness for the people.
Together, we united to overthrow the complete domination of French colonialism and achieved the historic victory of the Dien Bien Phu campaign 60 years ago, forcing French colonialists to sign the Geneva Accords (1954).
During the resistance war against the United States for national salvation and socialist construction in the North, responding to beloved Uncle Ho's call, our youth successfully carried out the movements of 'Five Oaths,' 'Three Readies' with a determined spirit to traverse the Truong Son Mountain Range to save the country. They rallied millions of youths to fight against U.S. invasion, contributing alongside the entire Party and people to achieve the great victory of Spring 1975, completely liberating the South and reunifying the country.
In the new revolutionary era, with the determination that 'There is nothing more difficult than fear of perseverance, mountains are dug, seas are filled,' the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union motivated readiness to dedicate their talents, intellect, and enthusiastically competed in production, construction, and resolutely defended our socialist homeland.

Dear comrades, youth union members, and teenagers,
Upholding the tradition of deep patriotism and courageous revolutionary spirit; the tradition of diligence, filial piety, always aspiring to excel in order to reach the pinnacle of intellect; and the tradition of solidarity, friendship, empathy with the difficulties of fellow citizens, the generations of youth and students of XX school have been striving to study and achieve significant accomplishments in the movements of the Youth Union, the Youth Brigade, as well as the academic movements for the future career.

These days are filled with the jubilant atmosphere of Youth Union members nationwide. At all levels, Youth Union units continue to strive to achieve many accomplishments to celebrate the XX anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and other significant events of the country. Today, along with Youth Union members nationwide, we once again review the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union's XX years.

After the Communist Party of Vietnam was founded (February 3, 1930), our Party recognized the importance of building the Youth Union. At the Second Executive Committee Meeting (held from March 20 to March 26, 1931), the Party Central Committee dedicated a day during the conference to discuss and decide on important issues regarding the Party's youth mobilization work. From that special significance, with the approval of the Politburo and Uncle Ho, the Third National Youth Union Congress (held from March 22 to March 25, 1961) decided to take March 26, 1931 as the establishment day of the Youth Union.

Over the past XX years, under the careful guidance of the Communist Party of Vietnam and beloved Uncle Ho, Vietnamese youth generations have continued to write the glorious history of the Youth Union. It includes: a fervent patriotism, absolute loyalty to the Party, the people, and the Socialist regime; the tradition of revolutionary vanguard units daring to undertake heavy tasks, going to difficult places, and ceaselessly innovating; the tradition of solidarity within the youth organizations closely connected with the people; the tradition of diligence to self-improve political, cultural, scientific, and technical knowledge, passionately engaging in practical activities, and dedicating their youth to the nation's cause, the Party. And these precious traditions have been written by the heroes of a heroic nation.
Continuing the Party's noble cause, our people, following in the footsteps of our forefathers, and upholding the glorious traditions of the Youth Union along with previous generations. The youth of XX school are still striving to train, cultivate the ideal of 'National Independence and Socialism,' striving together to teach well - study well, advance in science and technology, strive to establish creative labor careers, volunteer for community life, build a friendly school with active students, actively defend the homeland, maintain political security, social order and safety, and are determined to successfully implement the resolutions of all-level Youth Union congresses, contributing to the successful realization of the cause of industrialization, modernization, for a prosperous people, a strong nation, a just, democratic, civilized society, for a bright future of youth and the entire nation.

Throughout history, the Vietnamese nation has proven that youth always take the lead in the struggle against foreign aggression, nation-building, and defense. Faced with the loss of the homeland and the suffering of our people, Uncle Ho - a youth with two hands, a brain, and a heart full of love for his compatriots and the motherland - embarked on a journey to seek salvation, aiming to regain independence and freedom. Recognizing the significant position and role of the Communist Youth Union of Vietnam - beloved leader Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Vietnamese Communist Party and the progressive people worldwide, organized and trained the organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
From its inception with only 08 members, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has grown in the struggle, sacrificed to gain and protect independence and freedom, constantly striving to build a peaceful, independent, unified, democratic, civilized, and prosperous Vietnam. Moreover, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the country's renovation and industrialization-modernization endeavor have achieved tremendous achievements in recent years, both domestically and internationally, with a significant contribution from the youth union members.
Dear guests, the current renovation process is opening up many opportunities for our young generation, yet it also poses numerous challenges. This demands that the Youth Union must truly be an organization for youth, of youth, and the nucleus gathering the strength of youth solidarity, serving as a close companion accompanying youth on the path of self-establishment, career-building, nation-building, and safeguarding. Harnessing the proactive and creative role of youth to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of the country is the responsibility of leadership at all levels, as well as practical activities to protect the rights and interests of youth for the development and common interests of the nation.
On this occasion, on behalf of the school leadership, I would like to express deep gratitude to the Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the working committees of the Provincial Youth Union for their close attention and guidance on the youth activities of the school. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26th, I am thrilled to attend our school's commemorative ceremony. First and foremost, on behalf of the Party cell and the school's administration, I extend my warmest congratulations to all teachers, youth union members, and students of the school.
Every year, when March arrives, youth across the country eagerly strive to achieve milestones to celebrate the glorious traditional day - the founding day of the Union on March 26th. Dubbed as the 'Youth Month,' March is an occasion for the Union to reaffirm its noble mission: to be a reliable reserve force, a strong arm of the Party. Over the past twenty years of dedication and growth under the glorious banner of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the Union and Vietnamese youth have cultivated illustrious traditions: a fervent love for the country, absolute loyalty to the Party, the people, and the Socialist regime. These precious traditions have provided invaluable motivation throughout history, particularly during pivotal moments.
Following Uncle Ho's teaching: 'Where there are youths, there are no difficult tasks,' the young generation of Vietnam always upholds the spirit of eagerness, ready to volunteer wherever the Fatherland needs, whether it be border areas or islands, no matter how new or challenging the task may be.
Moreover, Vietnamese youth also have a tradition of being studious, eager to learn to enhance their political, cultural, scientific, and technical knowledge,... passionate about creativity in practical activities, to contribute to the nation's cause and the Party.
Upholding these precious traditions, the generation of our school's youth union members, young people, and teenage scouts in recent years has seen significant changes in awareness and actions of each union member, young person. Many exemplary models of school union members have emerged in terms of fostering and self-improving expertise, in terms of consciousness of adhering to the Party's lines and policies. During this time, no union member has violated social norms. Many union members have overcome all difficulties to fulfill their duties. These comrades are shining examples of responsibility, enthusiasm, and companionship for the youth. At the same time, we commend the achievements of the school's scout unit members who have excelled in their activities over time, they will always be the pride of our school.
