KMPlayer, also known as KMP, is multimedia software designed for music and movie entertainment. It enables you to appreciate high-quality music and movies on your computer. Step 1: Once downloaded, you'll find an installation file like the image below -> Click on it to kickstart the installation process.
Choose your display language, initially Vietnamese is not an option in this section -> you can change it after the installation process, select English -> press OK.

The manufacturer presents the terms of use, select I Agree to continue the installation.
Next is the section to choose the features to use, for regular users, we will leave it on Recommended (default) as advanced features are often not needed. Click Next to continue.
Choose the destination path for the program (default is: C:\Program Files\KMPlayer 64X). You can choose a different location by clicking Browse -> select the desired location -> click OK
Then click Install to start the installation process.
After a few minutes when the installation process is complete, select Finish to end and launch the program.
So, KMP has been successfully installed on your machine. Previous versions contained a lot of ads, but this update presents a clean and modern KMP interface.
Guide to using KMP 64X
After a successful installation, the KMP icon will appear on your Desktop screen.
1. Change KMP Language
For a smoother experience and utilization of software features -> you can switch the KMP language to Vietnamese.
Step 1:
Open KMP by clicking on the Menu in the bottom left corner -> choose Options

Step 1: Click on the Start Menu (bottom left of the screen) -> type 'app settings' and select Default app settings to choose default app settings.
Step 2: In the Default app window, you will change the Music player and Video player settings as follows:
- For Music player, choose KMPlayer 64X
- For Video player, choose KMPlayer 64X
For Windows 7
Step 1: Select any file (it could be Video or Audio), right-click and choose Open With -> select Choose default program... to set the default program for opening these files.
Step 2: In the Open with window, choose the icon of KMPlayer64X, remember to check the line Always use the selected program to open this kind of file to always choose this program as the default for media files. Click OK.
For folders, you will follow the same steps as above.
3. Download High-Quality Online Videos with KMP
This is a highly useful feature of KMP:
