Step 1: Create a Bootable USB using Universal USB Installer Software
If your computer encounters errors, you can perform this step on another computer and then plug the USB into your computer to continue to step 2.
First, download the Universal USB Installer software, and click I Agree
After selecting the path to Windows 8, click the Create button to write Windows 8 onto the USB.
Step 2: Setting Up Windows 8.1 Installation
Restart your computer and press F12 (or another designated key depending on your machine, such as F9, F10, ESC, ESC + F1, ESC + F2..) to access boot options. Then select the USB storage device:
Afterward, your computer will load for a moment, and when it reaches the language selection part, click Next to proceed.
Continue by clicking on the Install Now button.
Note: If prompted to enter a key, input: XHQ8N-C3MCJ-RQXB6-WCHYG-C9WKB (this key is only for installation purposes and cannot activate the license after installation)
Select I accept the license terms and click Next.
Choose Custom: Install Windows only if you wish to perform a fresh installation.
Partition the disk, then click Next to proceed.
After completing this step, Windows 8 will be installed on your computer. Your task is to wait for the installation process to finish.
