SoftEther VPN Client Installation Guide

Step 1: Download SoftEther VPN Client from this link

Step 2: Next, unzip the Zip file and double-click the exe file to initiate the installation process.
Step 3: Click on Next.

Step 4: Choose SoftEther VPN Client and click on Next.

Step 5: Tick the option I agree to the User License Agreement and press Next.

Step 6: Continue by clicking Next on the Important Notices screen.

Step 7: Select the location where you want to install the software and click Next.

Step 8: Click Next and wait for a moment. Then, click on Finish when the installation process is complete.

How to Use SoftEther VPN Client Manager

Step 1: Open the SoftEther VPN Client software and click on Add VPN Connection on the main screen. On the pop-up window, choose Yes.

Step 2: Name the new Virtual Network Adapter in the Virtual Network Adapter Name field and press OK.

Step 3: In the New VPN Connection Setting Properties window, input the settings as follows:

- Setting Name - Choose a name that suits your service.
- Host Name - Enter the IP address received in your email.
- User Name, Password - Your username and password set during the initial server configuration.

Make sure to use your VPN username and password, not the login information from the Client Area.

Then click OK.

Step 4: Right-click on the Virtual Network Adapter at the bottom of the window and select Reinstall Driver.

Note: Do not skip this step, as it may result in incorrect DNS queries.

Step 5: Right-click on the VPN connection at the top of the window and choose Connect.

To disconnect, simply right-click on the VPN connection and select Disconnect.
