- If the search result displays: '[VP] Subscriber needs to standardize information, supplement ID card, portrait photo' then your subscription needs to supplement personal information.
- If the search result displays: 'Subscriber does not exist in the system or information is not incorrect.' then your subscription does not need to supplement personal information.
2. Guide to supplement Viettel subscription information right at home using My Viettel app
Step 1: Download the My Viettel app to your phone using the following link:

Step 4: On the information update interface, enter the following information sequentially:
- ID card number.
- Address as stated on ID card
- Front and back photos of ID card
- Portrait photo (Background does not necessarily have to be green)

Then check the box I confirm that the information provided is correct, next you click on the line Confirm signature and sign your name.
