As part of the activities of the Hue Festival 2014, the 'International Culinary Festival – Hue 2014' will be held from April 15-19, 2014, at Phu Xuan Park (Hue City).
Mr. Phan Tien Dung, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien-Hue province, revealed that the 'International Culinary Festival – Hue 2014' will feature over 100 booths from countries including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, China, and more.
This is an initiative to honor and promote the unique cultural and culinary characteristics of the regions of Vietnam, particularly Hue, and the participating countries, welcoming domestic and international tourists.
The 'International Culinary Festival – Hue 2014' promises a diverse and captivating program, including culinary demonstrations and service at booths, showcasing the exquisite dishes of each country; a beer festival; art performances of mixology with networking, meetings, and the introduction of new cocktail products; introduction of Hue brand cocktails, cocktails made from local spirits, and some renowned spirit brands from the region and the world.
