Once again, Vietnamese gamers ruefully lament as they watch another masterpiece slip through their fingers.
Recently, Electronic Arts and Capital Games unveiled the upcoming release date of The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-Earth. Accompanying this announcement is a more in-depth trailer introducing the game. This video provides players with a deeper insight into the gameplay of this blockbuster based on JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. The game is set to launch on May 10, 2023, on iOS and Android mobile devices.
Since its announcement last year, The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth has yet to release any official gameplay videos. The latest preview gives fans and mobile gamers their first glimpse into the game's artistic style.
However, according to Mr. Bui Manh Cuong, administrator of the Latest Mobile Game Introduction group - Android/iOS Game News, this blockbuster will be globally released, but for now, it has not been launched in the Vietnamese market.
This isn't the first time global mobile game projects have been released without launching in the Vietnamese market. Especially for games with multiplayer elements, there still needs to be a local game publisher to ensure compliance with all current regulations.
