LG SIGNATURE OLED M 97 inch (M3 model) is the first TV with zero connect technology, eliminating the need for signal cables from the screen to the control unit. This provides real-time wireless transmission of 4K 120Hz content with ensured quality, allowing users to flexibly connect the TV to various devices.
The concept of separating input ports from the TV screen panel is not entirely new. Around 15 years ago, a Japanese electronics company introduced this technology for a line of HD image standard TVs. Following suit, LG devised the solution of a connection box with an ultra-thin cable. With Zero Connect, LG innovates by creating a wireless connection between the screen and control box, facilitating various arrangements of the TV with devices like set-top boxes, game consoles, or separate sound systems. This optimizes the TV design to enhance user focus on content enjoyment.
LG employs algorithms to detect obstacles or signal interference in the environment to redirect signals appropriately. Thus, wireless signals are transmitted from the control unit to the screen. The control box includes antennas that can be directed towards the TV's location to optimize transmission. Additionally, it integrates voice recognition alongside familiar TV connections like HDMI, USB, etc.
LG SIGNATURE OLED M features a screen designed with the One Wall Design concept, easily blending into the viewing space. The stand is designed to avoid creating visible gaps during content viewing.
