Qualcomm announces Xiaomi and Vivo as among the first to unveil phones featuring the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC. Below are the key features of this processor:
- Performance: The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is the first SoC in the Snapdragon 4 series based on the 4nm process. It utilizes Kyro CPU delivering speeds of up to 2.2 GHz and boasts over 10% better performance than its predecessor.
- Charging: Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 features Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 technology, capable of charging up to 50% battery in just 15 minutes.
- Display: The new Snapdragon chipset supports Full-HD+ displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, promising smoother movie watching and gaming experiences.
- Camera: Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 supports electronic image stabilization and faster autofocus. They are said to deliver sharper, blur-free images, even with moving objects.
