(Homeland) - The impending personnel changes in Xbox's leadership promise a plethora of exciting projects.
Recently, Xbox underwent significant alterations in its leadership structure. Specifically, four new executive directors were appointed while one had to depart. According to reports, Sarah Bond, Matt Booty, Takeshi Numoto, and Yusuf Mehdi were each promoted, taking on new roles. Among them, Sarah Bond assumes the position of Xbox Chairwoman, overseeing Xbox hardware and software platforms. She will delve into gamer experiences, platform technology, strategizing, business planning, as well as analysis and business development.
Sarah Bond has been with Microsoft since 2017, previously serving as Corporate Vice President before her elevation to Chairwoman. On social media, she shared her feelings about the promotion: 'Xbox. It has always been a privilege.'

Numoto assumes the role of Microsoft's CMO, following Chris Capossela's departure after 32 years of service. Meanwhile, Yusuf Mehdi will take over Numoto's former role.
