Huawei unveiled a slew of products at the Barcelona event earlier this week, including the gold-colored WATCH Ultimate, FreeBuds Pro 3 earphones, and Eyewear 2. Also at the event, the Chinese manufacturer introduced the MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition. Advertised as an ideal choice for relaxing tired eyes.

The screen also provides features such as anti-glare and anti-eye strain for prolonged use. To maximize the writing and drawing experience, the company recommends users to use it in combination with the M-Pencil stylus. The device is equipped with an 11.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2.2K. The refresh rate of the device ranges from 60Hz to 120Hz customizable. The device is about 6.85mm thick and weighs 499g.

It features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 4G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The device runs on HarmonyOS 3.1 interface, supporting features such as group collaboration, multitasking window, and easier data sharing via SuperHub. For photography, the device is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie sensor. It comes with a 7000mAh battery, supporting 22.5W fast charging via USB-C port.
