Aside from the nano-coated screen with a lifelike paper feel, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition maintains similar technical specifications to the standard version.

Huawei unveiled a slew of products at the Barcelona event earlier this week, including the gold-colored WATCH Ultimate, FreeBuds Pro 3 earphones, and Eyewear 2. Also at the event, the Chinese manufacturer introduced the MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition. Advertised as an ideal choice for relaxing tired eyes.

The Huawei MatePad 11.5 features a nano-coated screen, offering a lifelike paper feel. The screen also provides features such as anti-glare and anti-eye strain for prolonged use. To maximize the writing and drawing experience, the company recommends users to use it in combination with the M-Pencil stylus. The device is equipped with an 11.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2.2K. The refresh rate of the device ranges from 60Hz to 120Hz customizable. The device is about 6.85mm thick and weighs 499g.

In addition to the new features, MatePad 11.5 inherits the key technical specifications of the standard version. It features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 4G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The device runs on HarmonyOS 3.1 interface, supporting features such as group collaboration, multitasking window, and easier data sharing via SuperHub. For photography, the device is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie sensor. It comes with a 7000mAh battery, supporting 22.5W fast charging via USB-C port.

Huawei MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition will be officially available for sale on September 19, starting at 399.99 GBP (approximately 12 million VND). Currently, this tablet is only available in a single color option, Space Gray.
