Introducing the SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite: More than just an earbud with a price tag around 1 'greenback,' featuring Hi-Res audio, LDAC codec, and impressive sound quality.
The SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite, a newcomer from SoundPEATS, doesn't boast fancy noise-canceling or transparency features. Instead, all the best aspects we expect are focused solely on sound quality.Breaking away from the traditional in-ear design, SoundPEATS brings a completely new earbud focused on high-quality sound with Hi-Res audio. Does the SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite have what it takes to impress? Let's explore this earbud with Mytour.SoundPEATS maintains its meticulous packaging similar to its previous products. Inside the box, you'll find a USB-A to type-C charging cable, user manual, and since it's an earbud, no extra ear tips included. As for the main product, we have an oval-shaped charging case with softly rounded corners, fitting snugly in the palm of your hand. The outer surface of the charging case is finished with glossy plastic and a black paint job that feels quite nice to the touch, although it does tend to attract fingerprints. On the front of the SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite charging case, there's a small green LED light to indicate battery status and opening/closing the case. Additionally, there's a small circular function button in the middle of the case, which can be pressed to display the LED light or held to pair with a new device. The back features the striking gold-plated SoundPEATS logo. Meanwhile, the type-C charging port is located at the bottom of the charging case. The hinge of the case lid is quite sturdy with good spring action, earning high marks for the Air 4 Lite.Moving to the earbuds, the SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite follows the standard earbud design seen in most headphones on the market. The advantage of this design is its comfortable fit without being too snug, ensuring a certain level of comfort during use. With each earbud weighing only 4.1g, wearing the Air 4 Lite is quite comfortable and lightweight. However, for those accustomed to in-ear headphones, transitioning to earbuds like these may feel uncomfortable, with a constant fear of them falling out. Additionally, for those with larger ear canals like myself, they may not fit snugly, leading to a significant loss in sound quality and quantity.
The SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite is SoundPEATS' first earbud to be certified Hi-Res Audio, supporting the most advanced codec LDAC, along with support for two popular codecs SBC/AAC. For connectivity, we'll be using the SoundPEATS app, featuring a simple interface with customizable touch controls, EQ settings, and more.Furthermore, the Air 4 Lite also supports various touch control functions:
