SoundPEATS maintains its meticulous packaging similar to its previous products. Inside the box, you'll find a USB-A to type-C charging cable, user manual, and since it's an earbud, no extra ear tips included.As for the main product, we have an oval-shaped charging case with softly rounded corners, fitting snugly in the palm of your hand. The outer surface of the charging case is finished with glossy plastic and a black paint job that feels quite nice to the touch, although it does tend to attract fingerprints.
On the front of the SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite charging case, there's a small green LED light to indicate battery status and opening/closing the case. Additionally, there's a small circular function button in the middle of the case, which can be pressed to display the LED light or held to pair with a new device.
The back features the striking gold-plated SoundPEATS logo. Meanwhile, the type-C charging port is located at the bottom of the charging case. The SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite leans towards bass-heavy sound, with adequate power and expression but not overly booming. The mids are bright and crisp, vocals sound pleasing; listening to Thu Phuong's 'Chưa bao giờ' reveals detailed nuances in the vocals, capturing the characteristic resonance. The treble is rounded, though when raising the volume above 70%, testing with Celine Dion's 'Ashes,' there's a slight sharpness in some high notes. Overall, I rate the sound quality of this earbud quite highly in the sub-1 million VND segment.
The SoundPEATS Air 4 Lite also supports call noise cancellation with 3 microphones on each earbud, effectively filtering out ambient background noise. Additionally, these earbuds offer excellent gaming performance with a Game Mode that reduces latency to just 80ms.
