Step 1: To Look Up an Invoice, users need to access HERE to visit the official invoice information retrieval website of the Tax Department.
On the website interface, select Invoice Information. Choose Lookup a Single Invoice or Lookup Multiple Invoices as desired.
Step 2: Enter the necessary information (marked with *) of the invoice such as:
Seller's Tax Identification Number for Goods and Services:
Form Number:
Invoice Symbol:
Invoice Number:
Enter authentication code:
If it's a postal bill, you need to check the box for Postal and Telecommunications Bill.
Step 3: After clicking Search, all invoice details will appear.
2. Lookup multiple invoices.
Go back to Step 1 in the above method to select Lookup a Single Invoice.
Next, Enter the required information marked with *. Especially, you must add the Excel file of the invoice. Finally, input the authentication code and click Search.
