Microsoft is harnessing the latest features of Apple's iOS 9 to optimize the Skype experience. Consequently, the Skype app will allow you to reply to messages instantly upon notification without needing to open the app.

Skype 6.3 on iPhone and iPad empowers users to respond to messages from the notification bar, eliminating the need to open the app, resulting in significant time savings.
