Bananas are a highly beneficial fruit for the body, promoting skin health and preventing various illnesses. But if your little one refuses to eat bananas, try making this crispy coconut-wrapped banana, a delightful treat that won't get boring for the whole family.
Preparation:
- 7-10 ripe and plump ladyfinger bananas
- 50g coconut flakes (shredded)
- 30g sugar
- 50g all-purpose flour
- several skewers

Instructions:
Step 1: Mix flour, sugar, and 1/2 small bowl of lukewarm water, stirring until the batter is well-dissolved.

Step 2: Peel bananas, then use skewers to pierce one end of each banana. Dip each banana into the batter mixture one by one.

Step 3: Next, place the prepared coconut rice on a plate and roll the bananas, ensuring an even coating on each banana.

Step 4: Subsequently, place them in a hot, oil-filled pan and fry until both sides turn golden brown.

Step 5: Once the bananas are golden and crispy on both sides, remove and place them on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.

Arrange the skewered coconut rice-wrapped bananas on a plate before serving, drizzling coconut cream on top. This dish features a crispy and fragrant outer layer, combining the delightful crunch of coconut flakes and coconut cream, while the inside reveals tender, golden, and sweet bananas, making it irresistibly appealing.
