Grilled skewers are undoubtedly a favorite dish, not only for the little ones but also for many others, thanks to the characteristic irresistible aroma of grilled meat. With these grilled chicken skewers, mothers can also combine them with various vegetables such as vibrant red and green bell peppers, onions, and more to enhance their beauty and appeal.

Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh meat: 400g
- Peanut butter: 100g
- Soy sauce: 8 tablespoons
- Vinegar: 8 tablespoons
- Lime juice: 5 tablespoons
- Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro
- Ginger, garlic, chili powder, bamboo skewers
How to Make Grilled Chicken Skewers:
Step 1:
- Grate and peel clean ginger and garlic, then finely chop them.
- Wash and drain cilantro, then cut it into small pieces.
- Clean and drain chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized squares.

Step 2:
- Prepare the marinade with the following ratios: 100g peanut butter, 8 tablespoons soy sauce, 8 tablespoons vinegar, 5 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix well for consistency.
- Place the chicken in a ziplock bag or plastic bag. Then, add the marinade, seal the bag tightly, and massage it to ensure the chicken absorbs the flavors.

- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Step 3:
- Skewer the marinated chicken onto sticks and arrange them on a baking tray.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Place the meat tray in the oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Check if the chicken is cooked by using a fork or skewer to poke the thickest part. If there is still pink or red juice, it means the meat is not done yet; you can bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- Besides using the oven, you can also grill chicken skewers over charcoal. Remember to keep a safe distance from the flames and flip them evenly to avoid burning.
With just a few quick and simple steps, you'll have delicious grilled chicken skewers for your little ones and the whole family. Dip them in tomato sauce or hot sauce for an even tastier experience.

The brown part of the chicken contains a high amount of vitamin B, iron, fat, and calories, providing plenty of energy for children. However, during the cooking process, the fat in the chicken will seep out into the skin, so it's advisable not to let children eat the chicken skin, or you can remove the skin before cooking.
