According to South Korean news outlet ETNews, Samsung may be gearing up to release the Galaxy S23 lineup earlier than usual, specifically 'ahead of its predecessor'.

ETNews reports that supply chain partners predict the release date of the Galaxy S23 lineup to be earlier than usual by 2 to 3 weeks. Looking back at last year, the Galaxy S22 was unveiled on the 9th and released on the 25th of February. If the report is accurate, the Galaxy S23 could be unveiled as early as January and hit the market in early February.

This information comes right after the initial render images of the Galaxy S23 and S23+ surfaced online, featuring a design and size similar to the previous generation but with a camera cluster design reminiscent of the Ultra version.
