With Windows Search, users can easily search for a specific app or file. Although the search bar on Windows 11 is not yet 'finished' and may encounter some errors or return inaccurate results, it remains the ideal solution for locating the position of specific apps, files, or settings deep within the operating system.

Microsoft Adds Windows 10-Like Search Bar to Windows 11 Taskbar
By default, the search bar is integrated into the Taskbar, allowing users to click the button next to the Start button and enter or select keywords in the search box to find files, settings, and more within the system.

On Windows 11, the Taskbar comes with a new search icon. By default, clicking this icon will open a list of top apps used by the user as well as prominent apps on Windows Search.
Microsoft Working on New Search Bar for Windows 11
Search will open Windows Search and is left-aligned by default. Additionally, users cannot change search bar settings by right-clicking as before but must do so through the Settings app.
The new search bar on Windows 11 is currently in the testing phase, and Mytour is unsure when the feature will be rolled out to Insider users.
