- Cloak of Silver + Giant's Belt = Zephyr: At the beginning of combat, the wearer summons a whirlwind on the opposite side of the arena, removing the nearest enemy from combat for 5 seconds.
- Cloak of Silver + Needlessly Large Rod = Ionic Spark: Enemies within 2 hexes have their magic resist reduced by 50% (does not stack). When they cast a spell, they are struck by a bolt of lightning dealing damage equal to 225% of their maximum Mana.

- Recurve Bow + Giant's Belt = Zz'Rot Portal: Upon death, the wearer summons a Voidspawn with 1000/2000/3000 Health to continue fighting.
- Recurve Bow + Sparring Glove = Guinsoo's Rageblade: Basic attacks increase the wearer's Attack Speed by 5% for the remainder of combat. No limit to the stacking effect.
