Due to a shortage of cash, the Japanese visitor opts for Visa payment. The restaurant owner, using the POS machine, inadvertently charges 22 million VND from the card.
Reporting the incident to authorities, the owner speculates that it may be due to a card machine error or an oversight leading to a miscalculation of the guest's bill.
