Job Description: |
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight information and provide advice on selecting the best routes at the most competitive prices. - Make reservations, calculate prices, quote fares, and perform ticketing procedures: booking/issuing/refunding/exchanging tickets according to customer requests. - Monitor, manage bookings, remind customers of ticket issuance deadlines, and notify them of flight changes. - Manage assigned customer portfolios. - Address customer inquiries, complaints related to tickets. - Advise customers on necessary documentation. - Arrange hotel/ tour bookings as requested by customers who have booked tickets with us. |

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, good situational handling. - Strong teamwork and independent work skills are advantageous. - Standard, clear voice without impediments or stuttering. - Proficient in office computing. - Proficient in checking, booking, and issuing domestic tickets for international ticket customers on Abacus, Galileo systems. - Ability to quickly and accurately resolve tasks, meeting customer and airline requirements. - Dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive in work. - Honest, careful, highly responsible for work, and committed to long-term attachment to the company. |
