According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 24th to before August 1st, universities nationwide will announce benchmark score lists and lists of candidates admitted to their first choice. After being admitted, candidates need to pay attention to and prepare the following:
Submit the examination results certificate to confirm enrollment:
Primary Application Dossier: The primary application dossier should include a pre-attached portrait photograph and a local government stamp following the template provided by the Ministry of Education. Applicants can quickly download the application form online for Free Download, allowing for swift processing.
Original National High School Exam Certificate: Each applicant is entitled to only one original copy of the national high school exam certificate, which should be used for confirming admission with the admitting institution. Therefore, it is essential for applicants to store and handle this certificate carefully upon receipt.
Notarized Copy of High School Transcript: Applicants should create a notarized copy of their high school transcript, which will then be authenticated and submitted to the admitting institution.
Certified Copy of Birth Certificate: A certified copy of the birth certificate must be authenticated with confirmation from the local authorities.
Original and Certified Copy of High School Diploma or Provisional Graduation Certificate: Both the original and certified copy of the high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate must be notarized.
Photographs: Four recent portrait photographs taken in size 3x4.
Two Certified Copies of National ID Card: Certified copies of the national ID card must be authenticated by the local authorities.
Health Checkup Form: A recent health checkup form conducted by a district or municipal healthcare facility.
Certified Copy of Military Service Registration Certificate: A certified copy of the military service registration certificate issued by the district military command.
Absentee Registration Certificate: Issued by the ward or commune military command for male students of military service age who are currently residing in the area.
Certified Copies of Legal Documents for Priority Admission Criteria: These include certificates for children of martyrs, ethnic minorities, war invalids, disabled veterans, poverty certificates, or certificates used for fee waivers or reductions.
Candidates who fail the first round of admissions must also thoroughly prepare for subsequent supplementary admissions:
Starting from August 13th, schools will begin supplementary admissions for students who need to follow updates on the Ministry of Education's website as well as information from schools to timely grasp any additional adjustments for enrollment registration. Additionally, each school will have its own admissions plan, so candidates need to regularly update to not miss any good opportunities.
