Khánh Hòa Museum - Home to Priceless Historical Artifacts
Khánh Hòa Museum is a historic French-style mansion built in the early 20th century. Situated on the beautiful Trần Phú coastal road in Nha Trang city. Khánh Hòa Museum is an ideal destination for exploring the most authentic ancient cultural history.

At Khánh Hòa Museum, you will have the opportunity to see more than 10,000 original artifacts, over 5000 photographic documents spanning various historical periods. Among them are many extremely rare artifacts. The museum is divided into a central area and two exhibition rooms with different themes.


Notable exhibits include stone axes, stone jewelry from the Xom Con culture (approximately 3,500 years old); Nha Trang bronze drums (approximately 2000 years old); Champa stone carvings (9th to 14th centuries); ancient coins (from the 9th to the 18th centuries); commercial pottery (from the 9th to the 18th centuries); a collection of weapons from different historical periods of resistance against French and American imperialists.


Currently, the Khanh Hoa Museum is showcasing various exhibits: ancient cultures in Khanh Hoa; the revolutionary tradition of the Party and people of Khanh Hoa from 1930 to 2002; the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh (1890 – 1969); the heroic Vietnamese mothers of Khanh Hoa province.


Despite the limited exhibition space, Khanh Hoa Museum continues to attract a significant number of domestic and international tourists. It is not only a fantastic place to learn about history but also about the distinctive culture and art of the Cham people and the Khanh Hoa region as a whole.
