Kuo: Apple to revamp Apple Car team by the end of this year

Ming-Chi Kuo took to Twitter stating he has insider information from the supply chain indicating that Apple will 'restructure' the development team for the Apple Car project.

There have been numerous rumors about the Apple Car project, also known as “Project Titan,” where Apple focuses on software development, autonomous capabilities, and collaborating with other major companies on engine and battery production.

Apple is said to have changed the development team for this Titan project multiple times. In 2016, Bob Mansfield, a senior vice president at Apple, took charge of the project. Later, Apple Fellows Phil Schiller and Kevin Lynch, former heads of the Apple Watch division, led the Apple Car team.

Most recently, Ming-Chi Kuo suggested that the Apple Car won't be unveiled until 2025, possibly due to the COVID pandemic causing Apple to further postpone the Titan project.
