Lam Dong Museum - Preserving the History and Tradition of the 'Land of Dreams'
Lam Dong Museum is situated on a high hill at 4 Hung Vuong Street, about 3km northeast of downtown Da Lat. It displays over 15,000 valuable traditional and historical artifacts of the region, especially revolutionary historical items of Lam Dong land.

The provincial Lam Dong Museum was originally the residence of the former mayor named Nguyen Huu Hao (father of Queen Nam Phuong), located on top of a high hill with a winding path. The winding path leading up there is nicknamed the 'path of love'.
Not only focused on constructing a museum to preserve historical artifacts, but this place is also shaping up to be a cultural hub. When visiting the museum, besides exploring exhibition areas, tourists can also admire many typical stilt house models of indigenous ethnic groups such as Ma, K’Ho, and Churu.

Experience fun activities outside Lam Dong Museum's premises such as sack racing, blindfolded gong striking, and traditional pottery making and Dong Ho painting. It's an exciting adventure for you.

The museum's exhibition showcases Lam Dong's people in nation-building and defending the socialist homeland; Lam Dong's military and civilians in resisting foreign invaders; the unique cultures of indigenous ethnic groups; archaeological discoveries in Lam Dong; past and present Dalat; and Lam Dong's natural beauty.

At Lam Dong Museum, you'll witness Di Linh and B’Lao stone musical instruments dating back 3,000 to 3,500 years, architectural relics from Cat Tien and P'Roh, and archaeological sites excavated from indigenous burial mounds such as Dai Lao, Dai Lang, and Da Don.

Here, you'll find distinctive flowers of Dalat like orchids, roses, lilies, and dahlia preserved using Japanese technology, retaining their freshness for 3 to 5 years. The museum is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos with friends and family.

Additionally, the museum introduces two traditional stilt houses of the Co Ho and Ma ethnic groups, authentically built and decorated according to traditional living spaces. Visitors can delve into the cultural and historical values while having a meaningful and informative tour.
