Detailed Itinerary of Moc Chau 2-Day, 1-Night Tour
Day 1: Departure - Thung Khe Pass - Dai Yem Waterfall - Happy Land - Ban On Cave System

The group's vehicle will pick up guests at Hanoi Opera House at 6:45 AM to depart for Moc Chau.
10:00 AM: Stop for Scenic Views and Photos at Thung Khe Pass
Thung Khe Pass marks the first destination in the 2-day, 1-night Moc Chau travel itinerary from Hanoi. Those who haven't visited Thung Khe Pass before will surely be amazed by its majestic scenery.

1:30 PM: Visit Dai Yem Waterfall
After finishing lunch, the group continues to explore famous attractions in Moc Chau.
First up is Dai Yem Waterfall, one of the most famous waterfalls in the Northwest region known for its powerful yet romantic beauty nestled deep within the mountains. We can feel the cool mist emanating from the cascading waterfall. The continuous flow of water creates smooth white stripes resembling a graceful scarf, mesmerizing countless visitors.
2:30 PM: Explore Happy Land Flower Garden
Leaving Dai Yem Waterfall behind, the group will head to Happy Land Flower Garden. This is home to hundreds, even thousands, of native and imported flower species, creating a diverse array. 3:30 PM: Visit Ban On Cave System

In addition to the main sightseeing program, our group also participates in a cultural exchange campfire session with ethnic minorities and enjoys traditional performances. We get to eat bamboo rice, grilled meat, drink Northwest wine, immerse ourselves in the lively atmosphere under the blazing fire and unique dances. The cherry blossoms blooming in unison resemble a blanket of white snow covering the hillside. Taking photos here is simply stunning.

1. Moc Chau in Cherry Blossom Season
Cherry blossom season in Moc Chau starts from January to the end of February. During this time, cherry blossoms blanket the hillsides, creating a picturesque scene. To admire the pure beauty of cherry blossoms, you can visit Ban Ang, Tan Lap, Long Luong, etc. The end of April marks the cherry harvesting season for locals in Moc Chau.
Moc Chau is only 200km west of Hanoi, making it convenient for you to travel from the capital to see the cherry blossoms. Remember, cherry blossoms only bloom for 2-3 weeks, so choose the timing carefully!
2. Moc Chau in Bauhinia Flower Season
Bauhinia flowers seem to have become a characteristic symbol of the hilly mountainous region. The gentle, innocent white color of Bauhinia flowers on the slopes of Moc Chau has been featured in many poems and romantic songs. Bauhinia flowers bloom most abundantly in March and April, with scattered blooms until May. You can admire Bauhinia flowers along National Highway 6 or in the Moc Huong Cave Park.

From late October to November, the pink hue of buckwheat flowers gives way to the vibrant yellow beauty of wild sunflowers. Wild sunflowers don't bloom in fields like other flowers but stretch along mountain passes and village roads. If you visit Moc Chau in the late months of the year, head to Thong Cuong, Ba Phach, or Tan Lap to capture photos along the Wild Sunflower Road leading to the village.
