Based on the proactive control of the pandemic in many countries and the negotiations of authorities, Vietnamese airlines have officially started selling international flights for the first half of 2022.

Entry Regulations in Vietnam:

Based on official document number 10688/BYT-MT dated December 16, 2021

– Applicable: Passengers entering Vietnam, including: Vietnamese nationals or experts

– Entry Conditions:

 Confirmation of vaccination (Confirmed by certificate/App) or confirmation of recovery from Covid-19 (except for children under 2 years old).

 Obtain a negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours before entering Vietnam (except for children under 2 years old).

 Install and declare health information on the PC-Covid application before the flight or visit https://antoan-covid.tphcm.gov.vn

 Take a rapid Covid test upon entry. If negative: move to the place of residence. If positive: take an RT-PCR test and move to the treatment facility.

 For cases not fully vaccinated or without a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 and a negative test at the airport: Self-monitor health at the residence for 7 days and take an RT-PCR test on the 3rd and 7th day. If fully vaccinated or with a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 and a negative test at the airport: self-monitor health at the residence for 3 days and take an RT-PCR test on the 3rd day.

 Undergo an RT-PCR test during the medical quarantine at the residence. If negative: continue health monitoring for the entire 14 days. If positive: Transfer to a centralized isolation facility and report to CDC Hanoi/ HCM.
