Step 1: Access the customer care website of HAWACOM directly HERE
Step 2: You click on Check Meter - Bill.
Next, you click on Check Water Bill.
In the image above, you can choose Check Water Consumption Status or Check Water Consumption Index if desired.
Step 3: The login interface will appear as shown in the image below if you haven't logged in before, you need to Log in with the account registered previously.
If you already have a Customer ID for water usage but haven't registered an account on the website yet, you need to register your information to be able to log in.
To register an account on the website, click directly HERE, the registration interface will be as described in the image below. You need to enter Customer ID, Username, Password, and Confirm Password -> click Register to complete the registration process.
Step 4: After successfully logging in, select the Period and Year you want to inquire about -> then click Search to view the results. The image below shows a result when you select Period 7 of the Year 2018.
On the interface above, you can also View Notifications, View Bill, and Download Bill to your computer if needed.
If you haven't paid, when checking, you can only View Notifications but cannot View Bill or Download it.
